Full Brick Ranch Remodel for Investment Property

Centerville, OH

This full home remodel transformed an outdated brick ranch into a modern, move-in-ready investment property. The kitchen was completely remodeled, including removal of an interior wall to open the space to the dining area. New framing was added to properly enclose the mechanical closet and utility room, and an existing door opening was closed to accommodate the new kitchen layout. Board-and-batten siding was installed on the exterior to seamlessly conceal the former doorway. The bathrooms were fully updated, including a half bath with a new tub/shower insert, tile flooring, and modern vanity and fixtures. The primary bathroom received a tiled shower with built-in niche, sliding glass door, tile flooring, and updated vanity and fixtures. Throughout the home, luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed in common areas, carpet was installed in the bedrooms, and new two-panel interior doors with black hardware were added. Modern flat trim was installed throughout to complete the clean, contemporary aesthetic. Exterior improvements included cleaning and repairing brickwork, painting stone accents, pressure washing the entire exterior, and rehabilitating and painting both the shed and garage. The finished home was completely unrecognizable from its original condition and designed to meet modern buyer expectations.

Curbless Bathroom Shower Remodel with Custom Vanity

Springboro, OH

This bathroom remodeling project involved a complete transformation of an oversized but inefficient space. An unused jacuzzi tub was removed, and the entire bathroom was fully demolished to allow for a new layout that maximized functionality and counter space. A custom curbless shower was constructed, including modification of the shower floor to accommodate a curbless pan. A waterproof Wedi shower system was installed along with Moen shower fixtures and a hand sprayer. The remainder of the bathroom floor was waterproofed using a dedicated waterproofing membrane before being fully tiled along with the shower. The shower was finished with an extra-thick frameless sliding glass door. Custom plywood-grade vanity cabinets were installed with quartz countertops, undermount sinks, new mirrors, updated sink fixtures, and new lighting to complete the remodel.

Full Bathroom Remodel with Soaking Tub

Clayton, OH

This bathroom remodel transformed an outdated space into a clean, modern bathroom with updated finishes throughout. The existing pastel subway tile and cast-iron tub were removed, and the walls were repaired in preparation for new installations. An oversized acrylic soaking tub with a matching surround was installed to provide a comfortable, low-maintenance bathing area. Wainscoting and chair rail were added around the room to introduce classic detailing and visual interest. The remodel was completed with a new vanity mirror and light fixture, a new toilet, and luxury vinyl plank flooring, resulting in a refreshed bathroom that balances modern comfort with timeless design elements.

Custom Built-In Bookcase & Cabinetry

Waynesville, OH

This project involved the design and construction of a fully custom built-in bookcase and cabinet unit crafted from poplar wood. The 12-foot-wide unit was built from scratch and features raised panel cabinet doors, a solid 1-inch thick top, and a distinctive arched bookcase design. The built-in was preassembled in our shop for precision, then transported, installed, and finished on site. Once assembled in the home, the entire unit was professionally painted to create a seamless, custom look tailored to the space.

Basement Bathroom Remodel with Laundry Relocation

Dayton, Ohio

This basement remodeling project transformed a dark, unfinished space with an outdated block shower into a clean, functional, and inviting bathroom area. The existing layout was completely reworked, including relocating the laundry machines into a new enclosed closet to keep them hidden when not in use. New framing and insulation were installed, and the concrete slab was cut to allow for new drains serving the shower, toilet, and vanity before new concrete was poured as needed. Updated PEX water lines were run throughout the space. A new, well-lit shower was installed using an acrylic pan and wall system with a glass door, along with a private toilet stall. Additional work included drywall installation and finishing, exhaust fan installation vented through the exterior wall, lighting and switch wiring, door installation, and painting. The concrete floor was leveled to allow for new floating LVT tile, while exposed ceiling rafters were painted black to give the space a modern, finished look. The completed remodel completely transformed the basement into a comfortable, functional bathroom space.

Custom Bathroom Remodel with Wetwall Shower System

Washington Township, OH

This bathroom remodel transformed an outdated, enclosed shower space into a bright, modern bathroom with improved function and design. The existing yellow shower and vanity were removed, along with the soffit above the shower, to open up the space and improve ceiling height. A new exhaust fan was added directly in the shower area to enhance ventilation. An acrylic shower pan was installed in a mortar bed, followed by cement board walls with a built-in niche. Custom-fit Wetwall composite, stone-look panels were then installed for a clean, durable, and low-maintenance shower finish. The shower was completed with new fixtures and a premium frameless sliding glass door. The remodel also included installation of a custom plywood-grade vanity with a quartz countertop and undermount sink. A custom framed mirror was fabricated and finished to match the vanity color. The entire bathroom was repainted, and existing brown trim and the door were refinished in white using a durable enamel trim paint, completing the transformation into a cohesive, modern space.

Tub Removal and Acrylic Shower Installation

Washington Township, OH

This bathroom renovation project involved removing an outdated cast-iron bathtub and yellowed acrylic glue-up surround to create a clean, modern shower. A new acrylic shower pan was installed in a mortar bed for proper support, along with faux stone-look solid composite wall panels for a durable, low-maintenance finish. New shower fixtures and a sliding glass door were installed to complete the update. As part of the project, an existing window opening within the shower area was framed in and closed to improve functionality and water protection.
