This full home renovation was completed for an investment property and involved a comprehensive renovation of a two-level condo. The entire home was updated, including three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and all living spaces. All windows were replaced, and new kitchen cabinets were installed to modernize the kitchen. Both second-floor bathrooms received new tub and shower inserts. Additional interior upgrades included full ceiling texture work in the dining room and finish updates throughout the home. The completed renovation delivered a fully refreshed, move-in-ready property designed to meet modern standards and maximize resale value.

This project involved designing and building a custom coffered ceiling on an existing vaulted kitchen ceiling. Wood beams were securely fastened to the ceiling rafters and wrapped with primed 1x material to create clean, dimensional coffers. Crown molding was installed to add detail and depth, and all joints were carefully caulked and painted for a seamless, finished appearance. The completed coffered ceiling blended naturally with the home’s open kitchen layout and vaulted ceilings, adding character without overwhelming the space.

This commercial renovation project involved replacing worn flooring throughout a restaurant space that was in need of a durable, updated surface. Two existing layers of flooring were removed to expose the subfloor. The entire 1,000 square foot area was then prepped using self-leveling cement to create a flat, stable surface suitable for commercial flooring. Once properly leveled, commercial-grade glue-down vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the space. Baseboards were reinstalled to complete the project, resulting in a clean, durable floor designed to withstand the demands of a restaurant environment.

This renovation project uncovered and restored original red oak flooring hidden beneath carpet throughout a 1950s home. The existing golden shellac finish was fully stripped to prepare the floor for refinishing. Outdated faux metal pillars were removed to open up the living space; however, because they had been installed prior to the hardwood flooring, their removal left two rectangular gaps in the floor. To create a seamless repair, oak planks were carefully removed in a randomized pattern across the affected area and replaced with new matching planks woven into the existing floor. Once repairs were complete, the entire 1,000 square foot area was sanded to remove old finishes and refinished with a Bona Natural sealer, resulting in a clean, timeless floor that highlights the home’s original character.

Once structural repairs were completed, new tongue-and-groove siding was installed and fully trimmed out. Custom shed doors were constructed and installed to restore functionality and security. The entire structure was then painted, resulting in a refreshed, durable shed ready for continued use.

All drywall and framing associated with the soffit were carefully removed, and existing electrical wiring was rerouted as needed. New drywall was installed and professionally finished to create a seamless ceiling plane. To further modernize the space, new canless recessed lighting was installed, resulting in a brighter, more open kitchen with improved flow and updated lighting.

The existing carpet was removed to expose the original oak flooring, which was then refinished with a natural finish to highlight the wood’s character and grain. The room was repainted in a soft green tone, and a dark floral wallpaper accent wall was added to create depth and visual interest. Custom floating shelves were installed to form a cozy reading nook, and a personalized wood name plaque was added above the crib to complete the space. The finished room blends warmth, texture, and thoughtful details to create a space designed especially for its newest occupant.

This exterior construction project involved building a new rear porch at the home’s back entry while addressing underlying structural issues. The existing sill plate showed signs of rot and was repaired before the new porch was installed. Once repaired, the porch was properly flashed and ledgered to the new sill plate and securely mounted to a newly poured concrete pad. Vinyl railing was installed on the new rear porch and extended to the front entry of the home to create a cohesive look that complements the home’s white exterior trim. The finished project improved safety, durability, and curb appeal while ensuring proper structural support and weather protection.
