This water restoration repair project addressed damage caused by a burst refrigerator water line that leaked through the attic and flooded the kitchen area. After proper remediation was completed, we were hired to restore the space to its former condition. Water-damaged drywall was replaced and finished, affected areas were painted, and cabinet toe kicks were repaired. New luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the kitchen, hallway, and half bath to match the existing flooring on the first floor, followed by installation of new baseboards. The completed repairs blended seamlessly with the recently updated space, leaving no visible signs of the prior water damage.

This water restoration repair project was completed after a burst hose bib leaked inside the wall, causing water damage to two bedrooms. Following professional remediation, our team repaired and restored the affected areas to their original condition. Damaged drywall was removed, replaced, and finished, both rooms were repainted, and new carpet was installed. Existing trim was reinstalled, and the interior doors were refinished in white to modernize the space while maintaining a clean, cohesive look. The result is a fully restored and refreshed living area ready for everyday use.

This masonry repair project addressed a cracked and sagging stone window lintel above a large front-facing window. The failing lintel was placing pressure on the vinyl window below, creating a risk of glass damage. To properly support the stone, the lintel was carefully removed and a steel angle was installed to carry the load. The steel support was finished to protect it from moisture before the stone lintel was reinstalled and mortared back into place. The repaired area was repainted to blend seamlessly with the surrounding façade. As part of the project, new window shutters were also installed to refresh the front elevation of the home.

This chimney repair project addressed erosion and fragile brick on two existing chimneys. Approximately 25 damaged bricks were carefully removed and replaced on each chimney to restore structural stability. The surrounding mortar joints were repointed to match the existing masonry, and the chimney caps were treated with a vinyl patch coating to help protect against future moisture intrusion. By opting for targeted repairs rather than a full rebuild, the homeowner was able to preserve the original chimneys while extending their service life.

This masonry repair project addressed a large gap at the base of the chimney that had developed over time. Backer rod was installed to properly fill and support the joint before new mortar was applied. The repair was carefully shaped and brushed to blend with the surrounding masonry, restoring both the appearance and integrity of the chimney base while helping prevent future water intrusion.

This deck rehabilitation project addressed extensive rot caused by poor airflow beneath the deck. All existing deck boards were removed to expose the framing, and any rotted joists were replaced. New joist hangers were installed throughout the structure where they had not been used previously to improve structural support. Joist tape was applied to all joists to help protect against future moisture damage. To address the root cause of the problem, ventilation was added to the under-deck skirting to improve airflow and reduce moisture buildup, helping prevent future rot and extend the life of the deck.

This water restoration repair project addressed damage caused by a leaking toilet that impacted a recently remodeled kitchen and bathroom. During remediation, sections of the bamboo engineered hardwood flooring were removed to allow proper drying. After remediation was complete, we restored the affected areas to their previous condition by installing new drywall, completing finish work, and repainting. Fortunately, the homeowner had leftover flooring from the original remodel, allowing us to carefully weave new bamboo planks into the existing floor for a seamless repair. Once completed, the repaired areas blended perfectly, leaving no visible signs of the prior damage.

This structural repair project addressed significant termite damage that compromised the corner framing of the home. After proper termite treatment was completed, all affected siding and exterior sheathing were removed to fully expose the damaged area. The structure was carefully braced, and new framing was installed where needed to restore strength and stability. New sheathing was then installed and properly weatherproofed before the vinyl siding was reinstalled. The completed repair is fully concealed, leaving the home structurally sound and visually unchanged from its original condition.

This exterior repair project addressed leaking windows and rotted cedar siding on the front of the home. The existing cedar planks, trim boards, and four large square windows were removed and properly disposed of. New felt house wrap was installed to restore the weather barrier before installing four new Pella windows, which were properly flashed to prevent future water intrusion. Pre-finished cedar siding was then installed, followed by new trim boards to complete the repair and restore the home’s exterior appearance and performance.

This chimney repair project addressed broken and deteriorated brick that had begun to compromise the chimney’s integrity. Damaged bricks were carefully removed and replaced, followed by repointing of the surrounding mortar joints to restore strength and uniform appearance. Once masonry repairs were completed, a new metal chimney cap was installed to improve ventilation and protect the chimney from moisture intrusion. These targeted repairs restored function while extending the life of the existing chimney.

This brick porch repair project involved restoring a set of deteriorating front steps that had begun to show significant wear and mortar failure. We rebuilt the bottom step to restore structural integrity and carefully repointed the existing mortar joints throughout the remaining steps. The completed repairs stabilized the staircase, improved safety, and refreshed the overall appearance while preserving the original brickwork.

These deck maintenance projects involved restoring weathered and faded decks that had suffered from years of improper maintenance. Each deck was thoroughly pressure washed to remove built-up dirt, algae, and failing finishes. Once properly cleaned and prepared, an oil-based penetrating stain was applied to protect the wood and restore its appearance. This process helps repel water, reduce future deterioration, and extend the life of the deck for multiple years. These projects were completed at residential properties throughout the Greater Dayton area.
